ArtReach Community Tickets ProgramThe Autism Society of Colorado (ASC) is now a member of ArtReach’s Community Tickets (CT) program! The CT program offers donated tickets to member organizations for admission to art, science and cultural facilities, museums, and sporting events. Tickets are donated to ArtReach by the Colorado arts and cultural community. ArtReach partners with over 100 arts and cultural organizations who generously provide tickets to a wide variety of events including the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Theater Company, Miner’s Ally Playhouse, National Western Stock Show, Denver Botanic Gardens, and much more!
Every month, ASC is able to distribute 6 tickets to individuals and families affected by autism in Colorado. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. CT events will be updated on the ArtReach website on Friday afternoons. To request tickets, please submit the ArtReach Community Tickets Request Form by the following Tuesday at 8:30 am. Please read the following information regarding CT requests:
- Please note that tickets may be unavailable. If this happens, you will receive an email informing you that your request has been denied. If your request goes through, you will receive an email with event details.
- If you accept Community Tickets, you and your party MUST attend the event. Emergencies and uncontrollable situations happen. Please give ASC at least 24 hours notice or proof of an emergency if you cannot attend the event.
- If you do not attend an event without notice, you will not be able to participate in the Community Tickets program until we renew our membership in June 2017.
- All unused tickets must be returned to an ArtReach Ambassador, the event Box Office, or the ASC office.
